We developed this application for a long standing client - Shipton Group. This is a comprehensive application that is designed to record lease details and invoice tenants for rent and service charges for multiple shopping centres. In addition to this primary purpose there are also facilities for centre managers to prepare weekly reports for transmission to senior management and to link lease details to a document imaging system for quick retrieval of documents such as lease agreements.
