If you are a client, the following steps will connect you
to our support desk:
- Click the Help
Icon below.

- Choose the "Run" option in each of the dialog boxes
that appear.
- Call the Support Desk 021 4832680. Call the emergency
number on the answering service if there is no reply. If there is a reply
then...
- Double Click on the Contact Name on the left hand side
of the Support Box when instructed to do so by the Support Desk.
